Trailer Tel is small pet friendly.
Trailer Tel will not allow more than 2 pets per space.
No pet may weigh more than 20 lbs. when full grown.
Only pets of Trailer Tel tenants are allowed in the park.
Dogs and cats must be tethered or on a leash at all times when outdoors and must not be left unattended.
It is pet owner's responsibility to keep pets out of other tenants' spaces and pick up their messes immediately after deposit.
Pets are not permitted in common areas such as laundry facility, pool area, fitness room, lounge, etc.
